The goal of this support is mission readiness, improved morale, retention and preparation for life after active-duty service. CAREER ASSISTANCE
Transition Assistance Management Program (TAMP)
TAMP has been established to provide Military Personnel and their family members with guidance, counseling and assistance in exploring their options for civilian employment once leaving active military service. It is home to a Career Resource Center, mandatory Presep and TAP classes and employment-ready workshops.

The Family Member Employment Assistance Program is available for you free of charge. FMEAP provides one-on-one employment assistance counseling to include job referrals, résumé writing assistance, and job search strategies.
