At New River, you will find your Semper Fit Division has a myriad of programs and services offered at the lowest prices across MCIEAST with one thing in mind…making your MCAS New River tour the best in the Corps.
Our recreational pools, GEAR ISSUE and many special events like Kid’s Day, Summer Lock-ins and our Wet-n-Wild Marina Wednesdays are some of the only free programs remaining in the Corps. Our PERSONAL TRAINING and AEROBICS programs are also free to everyone. Our THEATER is the best deal around and our snack bar prices cannot be beat. Our YOUTH SPORTS and ATHLETICS programs are recognized across the region as being not only some of the most competitive, but administered throughout with sportsmanship and safety in mind. Don't forget our state-of-the art BOWLING CENTER which offers computerized scoring and activities like Extreme Bowling, private parties, and our annual New Year's Bash.
Our newly remodeled Enlisted Club and Home of the SINGLE MARINE PROGRAM offers free Wi-Fi, laptop issue, an array of gaming activities, and trips that reach across all spectrums of recreational interest. Keeping our customer’s in mind many of these programs and services are free.
Your MARINA is one of the remaining USMC sites that offer jet skis for rent, along with an arsenal of watercraft to take you out for a day to enjoy the pristine waters of the New River.
Although our Pools are currently closed, you can look forward to a myriad of new programs and activities as we move towards opening our new 50 meter indoor swimming pool in the new Fitness Center in May of 2012.
