The treatment and intervention unit provides free counseling by licensed therapists and substance abuse counselors. General counseling services includes six to eight sessions focused on individual, couples, and family counseling. General counseling focuses on a wide variety of challenges and problems faced by Marines, Sailors, and their families. All counselors have received specialized training in working with military members experiencing combat stress .
Screenings and Referrals
Walk-in screenings and referrals for mental health related programs and services provided by licensed counselors available to all active duty personnel, family members and civilian DoD employees.

Counseling is available to individuals and couples with priority given to active duty personnel. Referrals can be provided to the TriCare system, Military OneSource and additional on/off base resources as needed. |
Vicitm Advocacy
Victim advocates are available to offer support services to victims of domestic abuse or sexual assault. They advocate for victim’s rights and needs, while informing them of reporting options, assisting them with staying safe, serving as a liaison between the victim and Command, and offering continued support. Victim assistance is also available through the law enforcement, medical and legal process. |
