AEROBICS: Fit To Serve

Mix it up! Tired of working out the same way, our program offers a variety of exercise programs. Let us help you reach your fitness goals. We offer awesome Group Exercise classes that improve your muscle fitness, aerobic fitness, and flexibility no matter what your fitness level is. New River has classees that will help get you in the best shape and FIT TO SERVE.

Group Exercise Coordinator VernaVerna is our Group Exercise Supervisor and is an expert in yoga, pilates, Zumba, and L.I.F.T. Boxing. She also has a Masters Degree in Wholistic Nutrition and is our Special Programs Coordinator.

Aerobics Instructor CynthiaSharon is also AFAA Certified. She teaches our Zumba Dance, Belly Burners, and Cycling Classes.
